Do I need a consultation first?
For colour services, especially corrections and balayage, we strongly recommend a free consultation so we can understand your goals and give an accurate quote.
How far in advance should I book?
2–3 weeks for colour, 1 week for cuts. For bridal, we suggest 3–6 months ahead.
What products do you use?
Olaplex, Wella Professionals, Kérastase, and Davines — chosen for quality and hair health.
Do you offer a patch test?
Yes. Required 48 hours before any colour service for new clients or after a 6-month gap.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
